About Human Resources Student Association at Toronto Metropolitan University
The Human Resources Student Association (HRSA) is a non-profit, student run organization at the Ted Rogers School of Management, dedicated to facilitating the exchange of information between students, alumni, academics, industry experts, professional associations/designated bodies and our business partners. The HRSA strives to accomplish this mission through hosting a series of events throughout the academic year, including our HR Alumni Night, Organizational Behaviour Case Competition (OBCC), and HR Showcase. In working to enrich the university experience of the students we represent, the HRSA also provides an assortment of services to students including: advising students on planning their academic careers and course selections; working with students on a one-on-one basis to provide resume support and interview preparation tips; and liaising with our business partners to create volunteer opportunities for our students to develop their employability skills and gain real-world experiences.
