HUMAN-UP is a non-profit organisation based in Spain focused on the design, development and management of European projects in the fields of education, social inclusion, digital transformation and sustainability. We operate at the intersection of educational innovation, European cooperation and social development, aligning each initiative with the strategic priorities of the European Union. We support organisations, educators and institutions throughout the entire project lifecycle: • Erasmus+ project design and proposal writing (KA1, KA2) • Consortium building and international cooperation • Project coordination and implementation • Monitoring, evaluation and impact • Communication and dissemination strategies Our approach is based on coherence, technical quality and results-oriented design, ensuring that each project responds to real needs and generates measurable impact.
