About Humane Animal Rescue Australia

Humane Animal Rescue is small but mighty group of volunteers who rescue cats & dogs from pounds facing euthanasia. Our goal is to be a leading animal welfare organisation, treating animals humanely, empowering volunteers and has a positive impact. Over 200,000 healthy animals are euthanised each year, we take these cats & dogs into foster homes, rehabilitate them and adopt them into forever homes. In addition to rescuing animals, Humane Animal Rescue also has a last litter program to stop unwanted animal births and a free pet pantry program distributing free pet food to humans.
