About Humanity Forward LLC

Humanity Forward, LLC is a people-centric, full service executive search and organizational design consulting firm. We exclusively serve mission-driven organizations. We are passionate about creating social change, and deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our approach is human-centered. It is anchored in the unique mindset and experiences that shape each individual's potential. It is achieved by building strong, lasting relationships based on reciprocity. We are experts in finding niche talent in today's job market. We connect businesses with the talent they need to drive their bottom line. We are a resource for individuals looking to kick-start their career, or find their next step. We strive to help organizations match their mission and values to their organizational practices. Every member of an organization contributes to its mission and reflects its values. Through our work, we aim to close the diversity gap in C-suite, executive, senior leadership, and board advisory positions. We create talent solutions to attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent while helping move organizations toward a more inclusive and equitable culture. Additionally, G for Good is Humanity Forward’s way of making a difference — beyond our daily work. As part of our commitment to social change, a part of our proceeds are donated to organizations providing mental health resources, arts & recreational initiatives to youth from underserved communities in Chicago and NYC — the places we call home.
