About Hume Executive Search Ltd

Hume Executive Search works with schools and education groups on senior leadership appointments, in the UK and internationally, with a particular focus on the Middle East. We are a small, partner-led firm, and each search is handled directly by us from start to finish. Our focus is on roles at Principal, Head of School and senior leadership level, where the process behind an appointment matters as much as the outcome. We take a search-led approach, centred on careful conversations and a clear understanding of what each school really needs. Much of our work is with individuals who are not actively applying for roles, but who may be open to the right opportunity. We work closely with boards and leadership teams on appointments that are often pivotal to a school’s direction.
