Our strategy is to work with operating partners to find, acquire, and manage businesses in the lower middle market. We are the sole source of capital in our acquisitions and have access to superior senior lenders. By taking a decades-long approach to ownership, we are able to maintain the culture of the business and legacy of the seller after the acquisition.
