About Huntsville Integrative Therapy

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a private practice in Huntsville, Alabama. I specialize in working with young adults struggling with overwhelm to help build emotional resilience and create lives worth living. I provide a psychotherapy practice dedicated to providing traditional Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other evidence-based therapies. I grew up in Huntsville and am honored to provide treatment for our our town’s high-achieving, young adults and professionals.
