About HureonSys

HureonSys is a technical consulting practice that stabilizes cloud infrastructure and leads engineering delivery for U.S. tech companies scaling faster than their architecture can handle. We work with CTOs and VPs of Engineering dealing with a familiar pattern: the product is growing, customers are onboarding, revenue is climbing — but production is breaking. Database queries that used to take milliseconds now take seconds. AWS bills are doubling every quarter. The engineering team ships features but nobody owns the architecture. That's where we step in. We operate as a two-layer consulting unit. Our Principal Consultant embeds with your leadership team to audit architecture, identify the bottlenecks costing you money and uptime, and design the execution roadmap — with clear milestones, defined ownership, and measurable ROI. Our engineering lead takes that roadmap and turns it into shipped results: database optimization, infrastructure scaling, backend refactoring, and production-grade deployments with zero downtime. We don't send you a deck and walk away. We own the delivery from architecture decision to production deployment. Our clients are typically Series A-C startups and mid-market tech companies (50-500 employees) running on AWS with PostgreSQL or Python backends that need senior technical leadership without the cost of a full-time VP of Engineering hire. We operate under clean Corp-to-Corp (C2C) contracts through our LLC. No W2 complexity, no agency markup, no junior rotation. Same senior team from day one through final delivery. Bilingual capability (ENG/SPA) for seamless integration with distributed teams across the Americas and Europe.
