About HUSH Private Gym

Usually clients are trained in an open public gym, sometimes even a private gym with many personal trainers working with clients, which is something many people can sometimes find unnerving and intimidating. HUSH Private Gym is a fully private gym, exclusive to personal training, located in Aberdeen, Scotland. With only you and your trainer in the gym at any one time, this gives you the opportunity to have an unparalleled experience towards personal training. Nothing is going to help you achieve your goals more effectively than working 1-1 with an experienced trainer who will support you every step of the way. Working with a trainer is going to ensure you get a clear, progressive and structured training plan tailored towards your body and your goals.
