We provide advice on the requirements of auto-enrolment, establish workplace pension schemes for companies and advise on the introduction of salary sacrifice and the benefits of National Insurance savings. We conduct market reviews of Group Life, Income Protection & Medical Insurance. We advise on cashplans, flexible benefits, shareholder and keyman protection. We communicate the benefits offered to employees and offer online management and communication systems. For example, we speak to employees about their works pensions, either in person or remotely depending on the preference of the employer and employee.
