The production plant currently is located at Hymeri Group facilities using: • CNC Fiber Laser Cutting System certified by FDA, CE, ISO9001, BV, SGS, UV with the following configuration: o 3kW IPG laser source o Fully enclosed cabin with fume vacuum system o Double platform with 3000x1500 working area o CYPNEST CAM Software. o Repeated positioning precision ± 0,02 mm o Cutting thickness capacity: up to 20mm Carbon Steel, up to 10mm Stainless Steel. • CNC Hydraulic Press Brake 4-axes o Bending Force : 140 tn o Bending Operating Length : 3.100 mm o Fast Speed (max) : 180mm/sec o Automatic bending sequence with bend allowance calculation. o Safety system with Laser Fiessler (Automatic) o BG Soft with 3-D modeling.
