About Hyperfunnel

Voice AI technology is about to radically change the way consumers book travel. Not only will it transform today’s existing distribution channels, it will unlock an entirely new ecosystem. AI will allow consumers to research, compare, and book travel through an intelligent voice agent, just as they once turned to a real travel agent 30 years ago. We are recreating that seamless, human-like travel-agent experience, powered by artificial intelligence. ChatGPT is the bridge to this new world of voice AI. Consumers no longer search for 2 or 3 keywords. They describe exactly what they are looking for in a detailed paragraph of preferences and requirements. Nobody wants to type that. As consumers navigate the travel sales funnel through a voice conversation, they can ask for advice, will seek recommendations and as an industry, we can bring hospitality back into the search and booking process. Why now? • The voice-commerce segment in hospitality & travel is set to grow at ~26.4% CAGR in the coming years. • Over half of voice-commerce users say they use voice to research products, and about 22% complete purchases via voice. These trends make one thing clear: the travel industry must move beyond screens, text, and clicks, and embrace voice as a core interface. At Hyperfunnel, we’re not just riding the wave, we’re creating it. Join us on the frontier of travel booking.
