About Hyrr.ai

UNCOMPROMISING TALENT QUALITY. At Hyrr.ai, we believe a company’s ultimate advantage is its people. But in the era of Generative AI, finding high-quality candidates is a crisis. THE PROBLEM: TRUST IS BROKEN Talent Acquisition teams are drowning in "Application Inflation"—a flood of AI-generated resumes burying truly exceptional talent. Simultaneously, remote hiring has become a security vulnerability. With the rise of deepfakes, interview fraud, and "proxy interviewing," you can no longer trust who is on the screen. THE SOLUTION: VISION-NATIVE VERIFICATION Hyrr.ai is the world’s first Vision-Native Autonomous Interviewing platform. We help you transition from passive screening to active, objective skill verification. Built on a strict "Zero Trust" framework, we ensure candidates are exactly who they claim to be, and their skills are proven. HOW WE REDEFINE RECRUITMENT: 🧠 The Autonomous Interviewer: Our AI agent conducts dynamic, real-time video interviews, adapting to responses to forensically validate technical and soft skills. 🛡️ Zero Trust Security: Integrated government-grade ID validation and continuous liveness checks neutralize proxy interviewers, deepfakes, and AI cheat bots. 📊 Verifiable Skills: We replace static resumes with video-backed evidence, allowing you to discover "hidden gems" based on merit, not just pedigree. THE IMPACT: Hyrr.ai reduces recruitment costs by ~80% and accelerates time-to-hire by 42%. We automate the heavy lifting of screening so your team can focus on what matters most: closing top-tier human talent. Reach out and discover the new standard at hyrr.ai.
