Planning, scheduling, and controlling costs for effective project delivery, regardless of project type, size, complexity, industry, or location are functions often performed by undesignated individuals whose value-contribution potential is not fully recognized. As such, respect and compensation are not as rewarding as they could be. Furthermore, with unrecognized value-contribution potential, many projects fail to meet their targeted deliverables. Billions of dollars will be invested in all types of projects worldwide by 2030 and beyond, many of which are related to green energy and technology, requiring more precise planning, scheduling, and cost control. When coupled with AI (Artificial Intelligence), these positions provide tremendous opportunities, benefits, and rewards to those qualified to expertly pilot and navigate them.
