IB Tutoring Academy was co-founded by George Murphy and James Wells - former SCEGGS Redlands Alumni. George achieved a 44/45 in the IB Program, achieving a Band 7 in every subject group. James achieved a score of 43/45, with an average grade boundary difference of 22% in his Band 7 subjects. Our tutoring team is comprised of highly specialised, recent graduates that achieved 7/7 in their subject of expertise and + 43 IB scores. Each and every tutor is on top of the new syllabus and offers individually tailored lessons, post-lesson follow-ups and out-of-lesson support via email. Unlike other tutoring firms, our differentiating factor is our ability to provide a truly 'holistic' approach - improving both a student's knowledge and exam technique. Within our tutoring model, exam tips and revision strategies are integrated into each session to teach students how to effectively retain and re-apply information in a variety of settings. Additionally, we offer the unique ability for members of the academy to apply what they learn in our mock exam sessions.
