About IBG

IBG is a majority Indigenous-owned recruitment business focused on civil, infrastructure, construction, rail, mining and energy. Clients come to us when mobilisation timelines are compressed, proven delivery leaders are scarce, or internal teams are stretched across bids and live projects. We place executive leadership, technical specialists and mobilisation-critical hires. Permanent and contract, across the east coast. Our team combines Tier 1 infrastructure experience with deep specialist recruitment networks built over decades. Supply Nation registered. Majority Indigenous-owned.
