About IBP Ready

We are IBP Ready, a Supply Chain Consultancy firm based in Switzerland, with a team spread on different parts of the globe, and with a simple mission of bringing clarity and control to even the most complex supply chain situations. Our core value is agility: when we see a real problem, we focus on fixing it in the simplest and fastest way possible. This mindset has driven us to innovate around three very concrete problems we kept seeing on the ground. - SAP IBP in 14 Days - Test before you commit Companies didn’t want to commit to SAP IBP licenses and long projects without knowing if it would actually work for them. We removed the uncertainty by enabling teams to experience SAP IBP quickly, using real data and real scenarios, allowing them to get involved early before making a full investment. If they choose to proceed, they already have a strong baseline to build on and scale. - Haidi - Better Planning for SMEs Small and mid-sized companies were priced out of advanced planning or forced into overly complex tools. Haidi brings structured demand and inventory planning to SMEs in a simple, accessible way, without enterprise-level overhead. And the best part, our clients get assistance from seniors with 20+ years of experience ensuring a sustainable journey. - Supply Chain Explorer - Network Visibility in SAP IBP Teams using SAP IBP lacked clear visibility into complex, multi-level supply chain networks. Supply Chain Explorer provides structured, end-to-end network visibility directly within SAP IBP, making dependencies, constraints, and impact easy to understand.
