About IC - Integralis Consulting

We work with all kinds of organizations around the world to help them co-create a "Conscious Culture". The process is driven by the leadership team of the organization, engaging all members to collaborate and commit to a cultural evolution fully aligned with business strategy. The co-creation of a "Conscious Culture" is the result of the participation of all members of the organization, and refers to a collaborative and creative social process that integrates perspectives to obtain a more complex and complete experience of reality. For each of our main practices: "Future Search", "Stakeholder Integration", "Conscious Leadership" and "Conscious Culture," we have developed a set of intervention processes that are combined according to each project. We believe: - Best practices: limit the capacity to adapt to new contexts. - Innovation: make changes when things are still going well. Power of culture: most effective vehicle to tackle challenges, which may eventually mean, change culture itself.
