About ICAI Hispanic Outreach Center

The Hispanic Outreach Center (HOC) is the only bilingual multi-service center for Spanish-speaking families in Pinellas County. The HOC provides programs and services for Hispanic children, youth, and families so that they can succeed in the classroom and the community. We are committed to the development of strong families, community engagement, social and economic integration, and the education of our diverse community.
