About Icarus Growth Agency

Algorithm changes are crushing e-commerce growth potential. Yet most agencies are still clinging to strategies that worked 3 years ago. We believe the brands that win are the ones that experiment, not the ones following outdated playbooks. That’s why we built Icarus Agency around a simple philosophy: Treat every campaign as a structured experiment designed to uncover what actually drives performance where every optimization is a data-backed step toward higher ROI and a clear edge over the competition. This mindset has helped us generate over €70M in revenue for e-commerce brands who were done settling for agencies chasing volume instead of value. We combine Stoic clarity with cutting-edge Google Ads execution, to build systems that actually scale. We don't chase trends, we create them through systematic testing across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads. Each client gets custom-built solutions because we refuse to believe one-size-fits-all works in a world where algorithms evolve weekly. The result: - We've transformed 65+ brands into six-figure monthly revenue machines, - managed a total of €20M+ in ad spend - and helped 200+ business owners discover growth levers they never knew existed. We think like growth partners. We obsess over your KPIs, architect your scaling strategy, and build systems that work whether you're doing 80k monthly or 80k daily. Ready to stop guessing and start growing? Let's build your next breakthrough together.
