ICLOBY Foundation (International Consciousness Lobby) is a non-profit entity born as a result of its founder’s near-death experience (NDE), Dr. Javier Melo. ICLOBY is made up of scientists, intellectuals and committed social entrepreneurs who, on behalf of science, consciousness and social commitment, aim to achieve a change in awareness to improve the world in which we live. Their action is based on research, education and social action.
