About IConstructs

IConstructs (IT Enabled Construction Services) is a construction and renovation company delivering projects end-to-end through a modern, digitally managed workflow. We provide construction services themselves - not software products and not standalone digital tools. The digital system used by IConstructs is an internal process management platform, developed exclusively to manage and control our own construction projects with maximum transparency and accountability. IConstructs was founded to solve a practical problem: how to manage construction without being physically present on site every day. With IConstructs, clients can remain in their office, at home, or abroad, and still have clear, real-time visibility into their construction project. At any moment, our clients can see: • what work is currently being performed • which tasks are in progress or completed • what materials have been purchased • the exact costs associated with each activity • the current status of the overall project All construction activity is tracked, structured, and reported through our internal system, eliminating uncertainty and replacing assumptions with verified information. This approach is especially valuable for: • busy professionals and business owners who don’t have the time or energy to manage construction on a daily basis • people living abroad who are building or renovating property in Armenia without being physically present • professionals who want control without constant site visits Our mission is to modernize construction by combining hands-on building expertise with digital process control - creating a construction experience that is transparent, predictable, and trustworthy. With IConstructs, construction becomes something you can monitor remotely, understand clearly, and trust fully.
