We analyse existing BOMs and spend, identify qualified components from the Shenzhen and Taiwan electronics ecosystem, validate them with datasheets, testing and sample kits, and structure them into long‑term, reliable supply programs. We typically work with founders and CEOs, procurement and supply chain managers, CTOs and heads of R&D/operations who own both the technical and financial impact of component strategy. Together, we focus on three outcomes: lower component spend, fewer supply disruptions and a more resilient, less reactive supply chain.
