About Idaho Falls Family YMCA

Welcome to the Idaho Falls Family YMCA Where community is at the heart of everything we do. Nestled in the heart of eastern Idaho, the Idaho Falls Family YMCA is dedicated to strengthening our region by nurturing youth potential, promoting healthy living, and fostering a spirit of social responsibility. At the Y, we believe in putting spirit, mind, and body into practice through inclusive programs that serve people of all ages and backgrounds. From quality childcare and youth sports, to wellness classes, personal training, summer camps, and senior outreach — we aim to meet the evolving needs of families across Idaho Falls and beyond. With multiple locations — including our main branch at 155 N Corner Ave, an indoor sports arena in Ammon, and our Big Elk Creek residential camp — we are committed to creating access, connection, and opportunity throughout our community. Why the Y matters: We remove barriers to participation with no long-term contracts and financial assistance programs. Our mission is rooted in service — ensuring no one is turned away for inability to pay. Through youth development, healthy living initiatives, and community engagement, we strive to build a stronger, healthier Idaho Falls. Join us as we empower individuals, unite neighbors, and transform lives — one program, one family, one community at a time.
