About Ideal Properties Group

A tireless advocate of values that enhance our communities and sustainable living, Ideal Properties Group is an independently owned and operated Brownstone Brooklyn brokerage firmly committed to excellence through exemplary ethics, hard work and professional integrity. Supported by driven staff, agents and brokers, Ideal has successfully sold and rented some of Brooklyn's most notable and interesting properties. Just like the Brooklyn communities that surround us, we believe in the power of design. Through the use of state-of-the-art technology, our in-house design and marketing teams ensure that properties are optimally represented. Our in-house listing department makes sure our sales professionals can provide the critical edge to home seekers and business clients in the exceedingly competitive real estate markets of Brooklyn. Founded in 2007 in a spare bedroom in a Prospect Heights brownstone by three brokers and a seemingly unattainable dream, Ideal Properties Group grew into a collegial, friendly, agent-centric and above all ethical work environment. Today, Ideal is a 100-person presence on the area's real estate scene, with three office locations in prime Park Slope, Cobble Hill and Gowanus locations and their fourth location in the works. The company’s diverse offer of real estate products includes residential rentals, residential sales, commercial leasing, investment sales and new development marketing projects.
