About Ideate Forward Consulting LLC

Ideate Forward is more than an AI consulting firm. We’re mentors, teachers, and strategists helping small- and medium-sized businesses navigate AI with clarity, confidence, and integrity. Unlike firms that push pre-packaged tools or licenses, we begin with your people, processes, and pain points. Our solutions are strategic and tailored, not one-size-fits-all software. Founded by Dr. Abhimanyu Gupta, an award-winning business educator at Saint Louis University, we take an education-first, research-driven approach to AI strategy. Instead of rigid “best practices,” we help you understand the why behind AI in the context of your unique business. Whether you’re just starting to explore automation or feeling pressure to modernize, we clarify goals and design solutions that fit your team, operations, and vision. Unlike many consultancies, we don’t take kickbacks or push vendor products, our recommendations are unbiased and focused on what works for you. At Ideate Forward, we don’t just hand you answers. We teach you how to find them and how to move forward with confidence. Key Differentiators: 1. Mentorship-first model 2. No vendor contracts or commissions 3. Research-driven, not cookie-cutter “best practices” 4. Empowering small business through student talent 5. Training led by an award-winning educator Our Mission: We are educators at heart. Our passion lies in equipping people to think strategically and step confidently into what’s next. Innovation doesn’t start with technology, it starts with people. We also mentor emerging talent, giving students opportunities to contribute fresh, creative, and high-impact work. Their unshaped creativity adds real value. Whether it’s a business gaining clarity or a student stepping into their potential, our purpose is the same: equipping people with the skills and confidence to shape what’s next.
