Martine has experience leading multidisciplinary evaluation and technical assistance teams working for many major donors and UN agencies. She has led or taken part in numerous evaluations focusing on food security and livelihoods, protection, empowering women in humanitarian action, community-based reconciliation, assistance to IDPs and refugees, and the operationalisation of the humanitarian, development and peace-building nexus.
