About IDIA Consulting

IDIA Consulting is a boutique SAP Consulting Service provider, which enables enterprises to Digitally Transform their business by leveraging SAP Solutions across the Value Chain. It was founded by a core group of Industry veterans and SAP Technologists who have over 100 man-years of experience between them in leading SAP enabled Digital Transformation programs for Fortune 100 companies. Our realm of expertise extends beyond SAP. We also assist CIOs with IT Transformation to achieve closer Business-IT alignment and right-size IT Landscape based on Capability driven Operating Model to achieve Fit-For-Purpose IT. This approach is derived from our proprietary play book, which has been hardened over years of practical experience with similar enterprises. We differentiate ourselves by working at the intersection of business and technology, which is our sweet spot. We leverage the underlying tech stack and the capital investments already made within your organization, while building solutions that are future ready, including embedding AI into the solutions. This approach amplifies the business value from IT investments. We focus on delivering business outcomes, than technical outcomes; improving user experience, than meeting service benchmarks; and collaborating with stakeholders to Innovate, thereby enabling businesses for growth and success.
