About IDR Worldwide

At IDR Worldwide we began our journey as a debt collection agency servicing major banks in the UAE. In the aftermath of the 2009 economic crash in Dubai, many UK customers returned to the UK with significant consumer debt owed to UAE banks. Over the past decade we have excelled in facilitating affordable settlement plans between overseas banks and their UK customers. Our success in this area naturally led us to expand our services to banks and lenders here in the UK where we continue to offer the same level of expertise and dedication. We are an independently owned company and are authorised and regulated to collect debt by the Financial Conduct Authority under licence number 737367. We care about our clients and their customers. We serve our clients by genuinely caring about the people they serve. Our technology enhances, but does not replace, human care. Our IT systems support our people, ensuring efficiency without losing the personal touch. We are proudly small and compassionate. Our size allows us to be flexible and efficient, offering a, personalised service that large competitors can’t match. We offer consistent and dedicated support. We help find the right solution for our customers. We know that people find themselves in financial difficulty for a variety of reasons. With over a decade of experience, IDR Worldwide is here to support our customers in finding the best outcome for their circumstance.
