About IDTEK JSC

Every month, hundreds of real estate brokerages across Vietnam lose 15–20% of potential revenue. Not because of a lack of leads. Not because of underperforming agents. But because their operating systems can't keep up with the pace of the market. Leads pour in from Facebook, Google, and Zalo simultaneously — no one knows who's handling what. Three projects running in parallel — agents asking managers, managers asking each other. Commissions calculated manually at month-end — errors, disputes. Directors want a realtime view — they get yesterday's Excel file. This is not a people problem. It is a tooling problem. — IDTEK builds software that fixes this at the root. We've spent 14 years building enterprise software across three industries and three markets — insurance management in the US, salon & spa management across North America and Europe, and now enterprise operations software across Vietnam. Every time, the same pattern: software is bought, installed — then abandoned. Not because users are lazy. Because the software was built for the developer's logic, not for how the business actually operates. That insight changed how we build everything. — IDTEK JSC — Founded 2012 · 14 years of enterprise software · IDSpace — Enterprise Operations Suite · Sao Khue Award 2024 · IDSafety & IDPerformance — HSE & Performance Management · Sao Khue Award 2022 · IDPermit — Permit to Work Software · Smart Cities Award 2021 · Certified Software Copyright · Real Estate CRM — Purpose-built for project-based brokerages · AI Agent integrated · IDBeauty — Nail & Spa Management · Exclusive distribution in Europe Clients include: PNJ · PVGAS · Eximbank · Saigontourist · FPT Software · MHI Power and 50+ enterprises. — We are currently running a free 60-day pilot program for real estate brokerages with 30+ sales agents.
