About IDXExchange

IDX Exchange is a real estate technology company offering SaaS solutions for brokers, agents, and homeowners. Our cloud-based platform helps real estate professionals generate and convert leads, deepen client relationships, and run smarter operations — powered by home valuation tools, predictive lead scoring, market intelligence dashboards, and fully customizable IDX websites, all through a flexible subscription model. At the core of our platform is a reimagined property search experience. Instead of rigid dropdown filters, buyers can search the way they actually think — using natural language to describe exactly what they're looking for. Paired with a swipe-and-scroll interface built for how people browse today, it's a more intuitive, engaging, and conversion-friendly experience for every user. For brokerages ready to go further, we offer white-label ownership options — enabling firms to launch their own branded IDX platforms with full control over agent-facing websites and lead distribution, backed by our infrastructure, MLS integrations, and ongoing technical support. Ownership without the operational burden. Our flagship product, NameYourCommission.com, uses smart automation to let homeowners set their own commission rates and get matched with flexible agents — bringing transparency and control to a process that has long needed both. We're also proud of the talent we cultivate. IDX Exchange hosts large, highly skilled intern cohorts drawn from colleges across the country — working across data science, software engineering, natural language processing, and data analysis. Our mission: modernize real estate with scalable software that makes the industry more transparent, efficient, and personalized for every stakeholder.
