IFI – "Israel Franchise Institute", was founded by Steven Wolfson in 2011. Influenced by Steven's 35 years of International Franchise Experience in over 10 countries, IFI thinks and works differently to most other franchise organizations in Israel. Steven Wolfson is a certified arbitrator (Bar-Ilan University) and is the preferred franchise expert for the "Israeli Center for Mediation and Arbitration". He is also the exclusive representative in Israel for the largest franchise expo organization in the world MFV, and the EGS (Edwards Global Services, Inc) associate in Israel. Together with IFI, Steven represents numerous global franchises in Israel with a combined presence of thousands of franchisees in over 100 countries.
