Ignis Care is a care navigation and stabilisation service supporting people at the most critical point in their care journey. We work with individuals leaving hospital or experiencing sudden decline to stabilise care, correct wrong pathways, and put the right live-in support in place from the outset. IgnisCare specialises in: - Re-enablement after discharge - Preventing premature long-term care - Correcting care decisions made under pressure We provide live-in care only. We do not offer visiting or time-and-task domiciliary care. Our approach is clinically anchored and nurse-led, with decisions framed around safety, stability, prevention, and long-term outcomes. IgnisCare does not sell care hours. We help families understand what should happen next and guide them to the right care decision first time.
