Today, IGaN offers foundry capabilities via its virtual foundry model to meet application needs in efficient, compact and cost-effective power conversion solutions, next generation radio frequencies (RFs) and sensors. 3) CompoundTek: An elite Silicon Photonics (SiPh) foundry player offering advanced SiPh fabrication technologies, comprehensive process design kits (PDKs) and state-of-the-art agnostic wafer testing capabilities for the electrical, optics and RF markets.
