About Iguana Developments

Iguana Developments is a property development company investing £42m to regenerate Hull City Centre & The Old Town. Projects include 170 high-spec apartments for young professionals in Hull City Centre and the renovation of three major developments for residential use; HU1 at Essex House, Liberty House and the Police Station in Queen’s Gardens. These outstanding regeneration projects are attracting young professionals to experience city living at a level that has never been seen before. HU1 at Essex House is the first of three buildings to be ready. It has been renovated from a ten storey office block into forty-five, high-spec, one and two bed apartments to include; a concierge, cinema, gym, gaming room, ultrafast broadband, balconies, roof terraces and the most spectacular views of Hull. All of our properties have value added, not just a home but a lifestyle. In the past many developers have seen Hull as deserving just cheap and cheerful, but we offer a 21st century London experience by including luxury facilities within each building, for people who appreciate quality and demand amenities that reflect their aspirational lifestyles. I wanted to bring Kingston upon Thames to Kingston upon Hull. Each apartment is fitted-out in designer luxury, fully furnished including LED TVs, top specification kitchens with built-in wine coolers, microwaves and dishwashers, fully tiled bathrooms, App controlled heating and the fastest fibre optic internet of any building in Hull direct to router!
