About ilink Kommunikationssysteme GmbH

ilink – Communication that connects people For over 35 years, ilink has been helping organizations design their digital communication to be secure, open, and future-ready. Our focus is not on tools, but on real requirements. We listen, understand the requirements, and develop customized solutions with deep technical expertise and a clear view of practical value. Since the early 1990s, we have been integrating a wide range of communication systems – from traditional voice services to modern platforms for chat, video, and collaboration. Whether cloud-based or on-premises, we connect existing IT infrastructures with current technologies to ensure smooth workflows across system boundaries. Our solutions rely on open standards, open source, container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and modern identity providers such as Keycloak, ADFS, or Azure AD. Our goal is to strengthen our customers’ digital sovereignty while improving efficiency, productivity, and security. With experience from hundreds of projects, ilink understands the challenges of diverse IT and communication environments – and finds the right paths for integration, automation, and sustainable operation. Consulting, training, and IT security based on the BSI IT-Grundschutz framework are just as much a part of our services as the reliable operation of complex environments. ilink – because good communication builds trust.
