About ILPA - Immigration Law Practitioners' Association

The Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA) is a professional association and registered charity. Our vision is a fair and effective immigration system that respects human rights and the rule of law. We empower our members and those working in immigration to provide the best possible advice and support for migrants, and to improve law, policy and practice. The majority of our members are barristers, solicitors, advocates and OISC regulated advisers practising in all aspects of immigration, asylum and nationality law. Academics, non-governmental organisations and individuals with a substantial interest in the law are also members. Find out more about becoming a member and join our networks, improve your CPD with our extensive training, networking and seminar programme and information sharing through website and email updates.
