About Iluminare Tech Solutions

Iluminare exists because technology is moving faster than most organizations can adapt. Critical processes stay manual, data lives in silos, and internal teams spend their time firefighting instead of improving the business. We fix that. Based in Portugal and serving clients across Europe, Iluminare provides senior specialists on demand (daily engagement) or as defined, fixed-scope projects. No long hiring cycle. No generic consulting theater. Just delivery. What we do: • ETL & Integration We design and implement reliable data pipelines and models using tools like Informatica, Talend, and Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services — so leadership can trust the data they’re looking at. • Process Optimization & Automation We map, redesign, and automate core processes (finance, operations, shared services) using BPM/BPR, Bizagi, and custom scripting. Result: fewer manual steps, lower cost per transaction, faster cycle times. • Database Administration & Performance We keep mission-critical databases fast, stable, and auditable. Our team covers Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, IBM DB2, Sybase, Ingres, and MongoDB — including tuning, clustering/high availability, and upgrades. Who we work with: CIOs, Heads of Operations, Finance/Shared Services leaders, and teams under pressure to modernize without risking production. Our promise: Clear scope. Rapid execution. Measurable results in the current quarter — not someday. If slow data, fragmented processes, or unstable databases are blocking your growth, we should talk.
