About Immersif

Immersif helps escape rooms and immersive creators earn more. We provide specialist accounting, mentoring, and data analysis for the immersive sector, including escape rooms, experience-based venues, and the creatives and suppliers who support them. Founded by Sam Wai, a former escape room owner, Immersif understands the challenges of running a creative business that also needs to be profitable. We know that many immersive businesses are built from passion, but struggle with pricing, financial planning, and long-term sustainability. Our goal is to change that. Whether you need support with bookkeeping and payroll, want to optimise your operations, or are looking for one-to-one mentoring to grow your income, we help you turn your creative work into a stronger business.
