About Impacter Solutions

Impacter Solutions is a policy and strategy advisory firm dedicated to transforming Nigeria's nutrition and food systems. We help governments and development partners design clear policies, decode fiscal and regulatory realities, and align multiple sectors for measurable results. Our work spans policy design, budget and regulatory analysis, and coordination platforms that unite health, agriculture, finance, education, trade, and social protection. We translate strategy into execution with costed plans, M&E frameworks, SOPs, and coaching that sustain delivery through political and budget cycles. Gender is embedded across our work, closing real access gaps in nutrition and food systems interventions for women. We measure success by adoption, stronger coordination, better targeting of funds, and sustained improvements in nutrition outcomes, as well as the development of smarter, more sustainable food systems.
