About iMPAX Real Estate Group

We are a boutique commercial real estate firm with over 80 years of combined experience. Denver native John Lucero founded iMPAX Real Estate Group in 2016 with a core belief that commercial real estate can create positive impacts within the communities it serves while achieving financial goals for its clients. This is the very essence of how we see ourselves, the future of Metro Denver and beyond. We are uniquely positioned to achieve these goals through our diverse experiences, backgrounds and expertise. We consistently leverage relationships into solution-based strategies and are buoyed with our in-house partnership with Lucero Development Services which allows us to succeed at the neighborhood, city, state and federal levels.
