About Imperian

Imperian is a consulting, integration, and custom development firm that builds technology around real people and real workflows. We do not push a single platform or force a one size fits all solution. We start with customer discovery and take the time to understand how teams actually work so we can design and build the right solution for the job. Sometimes that means building a system from the ground up. Other times it means integrating and improving the tools an organization already relies on. Many of our projects include Salesforce customizations and integrations, but we are not constrained to any one platform or technology. Our team specializes in custom software, system integrations, and full build outs, including complex or legacy environments that others avoid. We focus on creating solutions that feel clear, dependable, and intuitive for the people using them. Based in Lafayette, Louisiana, Imperian works with organizations across the public sector, healthcare, legal, economic development, and nonprofit spaces. We act as a trusted technical partner, explaining things clearly, adapting to each organization’s needs, and staying involved long after launch. Our products range from AI-powered applications, such as Monarch for law enforcement reporting, to custom software development and integrations, including expert Salesforce integration services. We service a diverse range of sectors including government, healthcare, legal, economic development, and non-profit organizations. Based in Lafayette, LA, we design our products and services with inclusivity, respect, understanding, and adaptability at their core. Join us as we continue to revolutionize the way people interact with technology, harnessing its power to bring people together, enhance understanding, and enrich lives
