About IMPROVentures

1) Motivational keynotes like "We Gotta Fail...To Succeed!": There aren’t many seated motivational keynotes so interactive that they can almost qualify as a teambuilder, too…but the improv games we use get the whole place doing and laughing. And all the while, the powerful message about “moving past the fear of failure” and “trying new things even if we aren’t perfect at them” is sinking in. Can also be done with a customer service or sales bend to it. In an hour program, Milo typically speaks for 30 minutes, gets everyone playing in their seats for 20-25, and then does a wrap-up. Board member of the San Diego chapter of NSA for eight years, National member for 15+. 2) Improv entertainment keynotes with a business message (or we can drop the message for a holiday party): Two or three improvisers prove 10 business points in ten improv games, making up everything with ideas from the audience. Some of the games include audience members. The messages hit home through the laughter on topics like teamwork, management, customer service, sales, and more. 3) TEAMprovising™, our teamwork/communication course using improv games. It’s teambuilding, but much more! Using fun exercises & games from improvisation, TEAMprovising™ classes from IMPROVentures brings focus to teamwork, communication skills and initiative. We broaden awareness while everyone plays in creative ways. Discover places in our interaction where we fail to build on the ideas of others, get caught in pre-conceived notions, and miss the opportunity to contribute − all while everyone is laughing together more than they ever have before because the games are so much fun. Attendees bring the excitement, skills, enthusiasm, and group chemistry back to work with them. 4) Professional Simon Sez – for Adults!
