About in draft co.

in draft co. is a collective of writers committed to developing our work while actively supporting the creative processes of our peers. We believe in creating space to nurture our artistic voices in dialogue with the social, cultural, and political realities that shape us. We value artistic curiosity, intellectual humility, and reciprocal peer mentorship and collaboration. At the heart of our work is a commitment to process over perfection.
