With 20 years of operational, finance, financial planning, strategic planning, and investment analysis in the hospitality and gaming industry my background encompasses: ✓ Multi-­‐brand experience: Marriott, Hilton, InterContinental, Ian Schrager, PUBLIC, One and Only, Atlantis. ✓ Unique perspective of having hands-­‐on operational experience, multi-­‐unit regional experience and corporate planning. ✓ Broad hospitality experience in lodging (resort, convention, luxury, boutique), timeshare, condo hotel, residential real estate, gaming (domestic and international), marine and water park attractions, multi-­‐ branded food and beverage, golf and marinas. ✓ Key contributor supporting growth and acquisition through investment analysis and feasibility, due diligence, conversions and pre-­‐opening/opening support. ✓ Experience in several key domestic markets (including New York, Chicago, LA and Miami) and multiple international locations (including UK, Caribbean, Mexico and South America). In 2009, I began a consulting career by assisting in the debt restructuring and long-range planning at the Fontainebleau Resort in Miami Beach, Florida.
