INAVTEC is an independent consultancy specializing in enterprise audiovisual architecture, standardization, and complex project delivery. We support organizations in designing, structuring, and operating AV environments that remain scalable, reliable, and manageable over their full lifecycle. Our work typically sits between IT, facilities, procurement, and integrators — translating functional needs into clear technical frameworks that can be executed consistently. INAVTEC operates on a contract basis and frequently embeds within client teams to support strategic programs, complex deployments, and portfolio standardization initiatives. Typical engagements include: - Defining AV standards, room concepts, and reference architectures - Structuring tenders, specifications, and technical evaluations - Designing scalable meeting environments and specialist AV spaces - Aligning AV solutions with network, security, and operational models - Supporting deployment, commissioning, and operational handover We combine architectural rigor with hands-on delivery experience. Designs are validated in real environments, working directly with implementation partners and internal stakeholders.
