About Incito Consulting Group

Incito Consulting Group is an award-winning global professional services firm headquartered in San Francisco, CA, with a team that averages over 25 years of excellence in Lean Enterprise Transformation. We have worked across multiple industries with some of the world’s most influential businesses, both large and small – and some of the most promising startups. Our Shingo-Prize winning coaches have lived the transformational experience and are highly regarded as "Subject Matter Experts" in Lean Enterprise Transformation based on decades of experience with the Toyota Production System. Incito's experienced consultants act as coaches (senseis) to effectively transfer knowledge and proven strategies within our client's organizations, while also taking action through hands-on implementation. Our clients realize immediate and sustainable change, while developing an integrated "True North" view of success, a shared culture and an efficient streamlined infrastructure. As the aftermath of COVID-19 presents new challenges for the manufacturing process, you may find your company being reactive in dealing with issues as they occur, instead of implementing a broad-based strategy that focuses on the future. However, your chances of weathering the storm and emerging successfully can be improved with a company-wide strategy. ‌‌ The Incito approach of lean supply chain management strategy can not only stabilize your company during the post-COVID-19 storm, but it can also put you in a position to grow tremendously. Our clients have seen massive sustainable success in their system processes, efficiency, overall morale within their organizations, and improved ROI as a result. ‌‌ Schedule a consultation to find out how Incito can help you implement a customized lean logistics strategy to improve your business today.
