Inclusion Unfolding – Africa | Building Inclusive Futures Across Africa Inclusion Unfolding – Africa advances inclusive, locally led development in Kenya and across East Africa by empowering marginalized communities, with a focus on disability rights and the empowerment of women and girls. Our Mission By 2030, we aim to increase access to healthcare, education, employment, and social services for one million persons with disabilities and women across East Africa — advancing equity, opportunity, and sustainable inclusion. Our Vision A future where marginalized voices shape the systems that serve them, building communities rooted in equity, access, and shared opportunity. What We Do • Promote full inclusion of persons with disabilities across civic, health, education, employment, legal, and social sectors. • Support women and girls, including efforts to combat gender-based violence (GBV). • Strengthen research, assessments, and Monitoring, Evaluation, Adaptation, and Learning (MEAL) systems. • Partner with NGOs across Kenya and East Africa to strengthen resilience, evidence generation, and locally led impact. Our Added Value Our team includes former USAID and implementing partner professionals with decades of experience in inclusive development, disability inclusion, gender equality, and locally led programming. We bridge global expertise with local realities, helping partners connect programs to government priorities, strengthen systems, co-create evidence, and sustain impact beyond project funding.
