About INCO ROBOTICS LIMITED

ChannelServe have launched a new company - INCO ROBOTICS - A deliberate decision to give robotics its own platform within the built environment. Over the last decade, digital transformation has reshaped how we design and manage buildings. The next shift is physical. Robotics is moving from laboratory and prototype into live assets, façades, retrofit programmes and operational infrastructure. It requires its own narrative, its own partnerships and its own commercial focus. INCO Robotics has been created to lead that conversation. The company will introduce advanced robotic systems to the UK market, beginning within: WAVETHRU: A permanent state-of-the-art solution that improves mobile signal connectivity inside buildings. Modern glazing makes buildings greener but sometimes also radio silent. WAVETHRU fixes that, permanently. Developed by AGC, this invisible, laser treatment “opens” the microscopic metallic coating inside high-performance glass so mobile signals can pass through - while insulation, warranties and aesthetics remain untouched. The result is immediate, measurable connectivity: typically, 10–25 dB better signal indoors, across all mobile operators and bands 2G–6G, TETRA. With zero energy use, zero maintenance and zero visual impact. Performed on-site by trained specialists, Wavethru is a one-time intervention that transforms spaces from offices, foyers and meeting rooms to apartments and care facilities - turning dead zones into dependable coverage without antennas. Independently certified to EN 1279 standards and proven in hospitals, offices and homes across Europe, Wavethru helps buildings meet smart-building expectations and can support BREEAM, SmartScore and WiredScore outcomes while improving everyday life for occupants. #WAVETHRU #SignalThroughGlass #IndoorConnectivity #ConnectivitySolution #SmartGlazing #Innovation #LaserTreatedGlass #TelecomGlazing #BuildingConnectivity #InfrastructureUpgrade
