We're on a mission to combat the sedentary epidemic affecting office workers through thoughtfully designed 45-minute in-office and 20-minute virtual classes. Our signature programmes require nothing more than chairs and desk space, making quality movement accessible to organisations of all sizes. With modifications for every fitness level, we ensure inclusive experiences that improve posture, boost energy, reduce stress, and strengthen team connections. For every 10 corporate classes we deliver, we provide one pro bono session to a charity or non-profit organisation—making workplace wellness accessible to those doing vital community work.
